As a therapist working with men, women and couples, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment to explore your feelings. I am committed to helping you through any concerns including intimacy, sexual trauma, sex addiction, and sexual dysfunction.

At my practice I offer sensitive support with empathy and discretion. I create a collaborative approach to help develop healthier coping skills for yourself and your partner. My theoretical orientation is attachment based, client centered, and/or solution focused. I guide my clients to having meaningful connections and sexual wellbeing.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University and my Master’s in Psychology from Antioch University. I finished my graduate training from Antioch Counseling Center dedicated to helping individual and couples with comprehensive health care services.
