Initially trained as a therapist, my life-long passion has been helping people heal and feel deeply connected to themselves and others, so as to live their most fulfilling lives. I completed my Masters of Social Work program in 1998 and worked as a psychotherapist for many years, specializing in couples and family work.
In my work with hundreds of clients, I came to see that sometimes they needed a little more than traditional therapy in order to heal themselves and their relationships. Sometimes people needed to learn new ways of connecting, trusting, and loving through experiential practices. So I embarked on this new part of my journey and received my training in tantra, intimacy coaching, kundalini yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga, and various forms of breath work, meditation, and somatic therapies.
In a relaxing, supportive environment, I work with individuals and couples who are either struggling or just want more out of their relationships and sex lives. Couples who want to deepen their intimacy, communication, and sensuality with each other. With my compassionate guidance and years of expertise, I provide a successful roadmap to lead couples on this new, fulfilling path.
I have also worked with many clients who are healing from betrayal and re-learning how to trust each other sexually, couples who have sexual dysfunction issues to overcome, clients who have physical challenges, and of course, couples who have been together for many years and want to learn how to feel that “spark” again. I also work individually with clients who have experienced trauma and/or disconnection and want to learn how to reconnect more to their own bodies and sexuality.
Everyone, despite their challenges or personal history, can truly experience deep fulfillment, pleasure, and love in their lives. I have helped many clients heal and create happy, healthy intimacy and the sex lives they desire.
