Rossana sida, M.S.

I am an associate marriage and family therapist specializing in sex-related issues. I assist women, men, and couples in identifying their barriers to sexual health and collaboratively work together to overcome them. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where the client feels at ease when verbalizing their relationship and sexual concerns. I address problems with sexual desire, intimacy, satisfaction, sexuality, sexual trauma, arousal, orgasm, and sexual pain disorders. In addition, I work with individuals and couples to build intimacy by building communication skills and encouraging understanding in their relationship.

My clinical experience includes working with survivors of sexual assault and adoption support for children and potential families at Strength United as well as in interning at an art therapy based private practice. I received my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University, Northridge and I am currently working toward my PsyD in Marriage and Family Therapy at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life and my job is to use my training and education to assist you in finding your own unique path to health. I will integrate collaborative, humanistic, existential, and cognitive behavioral therapy into our sessions to best assist you in overcoming your relationship and sex-related issues.
